Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative role involves being in charge of communicating with customers and dealing with customer inquiries. Key responsibilities include handling enquiries, resolving customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency, maintaining customer service standards during high-pressure situations, interpreting customer needs, recognizing symptoms, causes and solutions, identifying situations requiring further explanation or training, and providing effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency.
- Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources or demanding customers.
- Interpret customer needs, recognize symptoms, causes and solutions.
- Identify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and effectively provide a solution for the customer as needed.
Requirements:
- Advanced English skills.
- BA/BS degree.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Experience in a Customer Service related position.
- Good communication skills.
