About this Role

Mondelēz International is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Store and maintain inventory levels in a safe and organized manner
  • Prepare and load shipments for delivery to customers
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve processes

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management software
