Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Jobgether. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including payroll, compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll for entities in Canada, the US, and Mexico, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance for the Mexican entity, ensuring alignment with local regulations.
  • Monitor employee expenses for policy adherence, including Learning & Development (L&D) expenses, and generate reports on trends.
  • Liaise with external advisors to ensure tax compliance across all countries and stay updated on regulatory changes.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Mexican accounting and tax systems, with knowledge of Canadian and US systems being a plus.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting practices.
  • Experience with local bookkeeping systems and regulations in Mexico.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across different jurisdictions.
