Circulation Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Circulation Accountant to join our team in Malaysia. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of physical material transfers and counts of virgin PCBs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for executing purges while ensuring date codes coincide and tracking discrepant material in the system.

• Ensure that physical material transfers are accurate and consistent with the Material Tracking System.
• Perform counts of virgin PCBs and ensure that material supply matches production schedules.
• Execute purges while ensuring date codes coincide and track discrepant material in the system.
• Certify and verify "pulls" from storage to the line and identify material shortages for resolution.
• Generate manual "pull" orders and perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of software packages.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and read visual aids.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and deal with standardized situations.
