Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Paysafe, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expansion in the online payments industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success.
About the Role
This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in sales, business development, or a related field. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Onboarding new clients and partners through your network and strategic partnerships
- Attending industry events and conferences to establish connections and stay updated on market trends
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS within clients' organizations
- Developing a deep understanding of each client's business model and effectively promoting and selling Paysafe solutions to grow existing portfolios and optimize payments activities
- Collaborating with Account Management and Marketing teams to drive new revenue opportunities
- Reaching revenue targets through effective leadership, consultative support, relationship building, and strategic partnering to contribute to the attainment of the Company's sales goals
- Continuously developing knowledge within the payments space through internal and external training to become an expert in the field
Requirements
- Academic degree in Business Management or equivalent/related field of education
- 5+ years relevant working experience
- Relevant experience within the online payment industry is an advantage (e.g., iGaming, e-Sports & Gambling, plus Crypto, Blockchain, e-Commerce, Travel)
- Proven track record in generating new business and exceeding Sales targets
- Ability to strategically select potential clients, focusing on maintaining multiple sourcing alternatives to ensure a continuous pipeline of potential prospects for new business and revenue opportunities
- Flexibility and stress resistance

- Full proficiency in Spanish and English
