Merchandise Retrieval Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandise Retrieval Specialist to collect merchandise requested by Stores and Hub Feeder locations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of merchandise, support planogram designs, and maintain accurate inventory control activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect merchandise from various sources to meet store requirements.
• Coordinate with Store and Hub Feeder teams to ensure smooth delivery schedules.
• Support the development and maintenance of planograms to optimize product placement.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and reporting.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required; specialized courses in logistics or supply chain management preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, distribution center, or inventory control roles.
• Familiarity with basic auto parts knowledge an asset.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 based on industry standards and location considerations. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and company policies.
