Job Brief

This role reports to the Service Manager - LATAM and is part of the Electrification Services team in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes.

• Provide HR support for a defined team or location, partnering with respective managers.

• Represent HR in the business, establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees.

Accountabilities:

• Support the Electrification Services LATAM regional leaders, covering Marketing and Sales, and Service Operations.

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees & managers, providing leadership, coaching, and support for individual employee needs and HR processes.

• Provide expertise and guidance in all areas of organization support, including Strategic HR partnership with the Business Leaders and his/her direct reports.

• Develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives.

• Directly support sales, including a strong understanding of the people implications of a commercial organization.

• Use data and insights to understand trends, uncover issues, and support decision making.

• Work with business leaders, managers, and HR to implement impactful talent initiatives and programs.

• Provide timely, effective, and direct coaching to client group people leaders.

• Facilitate performance management process; conduct investigations, conflict resolution, employee communications, and management coaching when necessary.

• Partner with leaders, managers, and talent partners on workforce planning, hiring, and headcount management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business, or related field.

• 8 years of progressive HR business partnership experience and solid knowledge of local employment and labor laws to ensure compliance.

• Experience supporting an organization through transformation, including comfort with ambiguity and techniques to support change management.

• Ability to balance business partnership with employee advocacy.

• Experience providing coaching and feedback to leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.

• Advanced English and ability to travel 10% (national and international).

• Experience in labor law and markets in LATAM countries, and experience leading teams (desirable).
