Key Responsibilities- Manage Invoiced Services: Ensure the correct receipt of payments from customers.
- Monitor Bank Transactions: Verify the timely receipt of payments and resolve any discrepancies.
- Follow Up on Clarifications: Resolve any issues that may arise during the collection process.
- Request and Manage Credit Notes: As necessary, to ensure accurate financial records.
- Approve Orders: Sent by the commercial department, ensuring proper processing and credit limits.
- Work with Metrics: Track key performance indicators to optimize credit and AR processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative fields.
- Experience: Previous experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable, ideally in the service sector.
- Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Excel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to establish effective relationships.
