Schneider Electric is seeking a talented Supply Chain Performance Director to lead our Mexico operations and drive excellence in our supply chain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing physical and information flows, reducing lead times, and improving direct labor and equipment efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coach lean diagnoses of the end-to-end supply chain to identify and quantify potential stakes
- Support the implementation of industry best practices, such as visual management, WMS, KANBAN, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with plants and DCs to create a shared improvement roadmap and achieve targets
- Participate in decision-making processes for investments, such as new product introductions and capacity expansions
- Challenge and support entities to co-deliver targets, including DLP, lead-time, and organizational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and influence skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise
- Strong working knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and lean manufacturing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lean manufacturing, certified Lean Expert, or experience leading SPS assessments
- Advanced English language skills
