Job DescriptionThe Senior Portfolio Implementation Specialist will work closely with the Implementation team to create processes for intaking complex investment data and interact directly with institutional clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining client portfolio hierarchies and fund manifests, including UDF and commitment creation.
- Developing templates for integrating new clients' historical accounting data.
- Validating historical fund-level market values, transactions, and returns against clients' performance providers, identifying and remediating discrepancies, and documenting potential causes.
- Entering and modifying liquidity terms based on client feedback.
- Communicating with clients to coordinate project deadlines and answer questions about the onboarding process and deliverables.
- Assisting in maintaining project management documentation to track exposure maintenance, manager communications, and project timelines.
- Creating client fact sheets and other documentation to prepare clients for Business-as-Usual (BAU) service.
- Training new employees on data team processes.
- Collaborating with the data engineering team to set up client accounting and exposure feeds from custodial banks.
- Coordinating with the development and client solutions teams to assist with client requests or platform bugs.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 1-3 years of experience in financial or analytical roles.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent client service skills and the ability to problem-solve.
- Partnership or investment accounting experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, including fluency in English.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks, meet reporting deadlines, and demonstrate flexibility.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics, although not required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with your location and experience, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
