About the Role
The IT Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst is responsible for delivering operational reports, tools, and analytics to business stakeholders primarily in Mexico and occasionally in other Latin American countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely and accurate generation of regular and ad hoc reporting, with consistency and standardization across all countries in scope.
- Develop new reports and make additional changes as and when required.
- Proactively deliver insights to drive improvements in performance and help the business hit their strategic objectives.
- Provide trends and forecasts.
- Maintain controls and documentation of reporting procedures.
- Perform other ad hoc duties in support of analysis and reporting that need innovation.
- Supports reporting and analytics requirements through ticketing system.
- Provide training on BI tools to business users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Informatics, Economics, Actuary, or related fields.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Portuguese is desirable.
- Experience in Automotive Financial sector is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of statistics.
- Availability to travel internationally for business purposes.
- Prior reporting or analytics experience.
- Experience with one or more of the following tools: SQL, R, Python, WPS, or SAS.
- Microsoft Office Advanced Proficiency: Excel (Macros), Access (Desirable), Power Point.
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken format.
- Ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures.
- High organizational skills.
- Proficient analytical skills.
