- Serve as a nearshore lead for functional/technical workstreams, collaborating with onshore leads and the Global Delivery Center team to achieve project goals.
- Project Execution
- Apply Agile methodologies and best practices in Workday engagements to deliver high-quality results.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day activities, incident management, root cause analysis, and work requests.
- Experience
- Demonstrate extensive experience as a Workday HCM Principal Consultant, with a strong background in corporate applications portfolio and client-facing roles.
- Possess 5-7 years of experience in Corporate Applications portfolio and 3-5 years in client-facing roles.
- Showcase 3-5 years of experience in Workday Functional Module or Integrations.
- Skills and Knowledge
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SLA constructs and adherence.
- Demonstrate knowledge of multiple Workday modules, business processes, and security.
- Lead multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment, fostering collaboration and effective communication among team members.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to create high business impact, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables and consistent follow-ups.
- Education
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Travel
- Maintain minimal travel requirements but be willing to travel if needed.
