Job Opportunity

A key role within Grupo Prodensa, our Manufacturing Learning & Development Director will be responsible for the creation and implementation of comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. This is a challenging position that requires a professional with extensive experience in designing and delivering training solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our organization.

About the Role

This high-level position involves collaborating with senior management to identify training needs, develop strategic plans, and manage the delivery of training programs across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning theory, instructional design, and facilitation techniques, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with Grupo Prodensa's overall vision and objectives.
- Design, create, and deliver effective training programs, workshops, and materials that ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory agencies.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring availability of necessary resources and facilities.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness and gather feedback through various assessment methods.
- Analyze training data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement, and make appropriate adjustments to the training programs accordingly.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in training and development, incorporating relevant innovations into the training programs.
- Collaborate with external training providers and subject matter experts when necessary to enhance the training offerings.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven work experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of training principles, adult learning theory, and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
