Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sourcing partnerships to deliver on cost reduction, spend consolidation, and improved DPO
- Support execution of regional and global strategies in coordination with stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and take required actions to influence decision making
- Evaluate best global sourcing options and develop alternate sources for at least 50% of items
- Work with suppliers and factories to improve OTD and reduce lead time to market
- Develop and execute VA/VE opportunities and make/buy decisions
- Partner with suppliers and factories to overcome short, mid, and long-term sourcing constraints
- Support factories to continuously improve high-impact savings pipeline
- Put in place consistent KPIs, metrics, and improvement action plans across factories
- Fluent English and Spanish required
- BS Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgical) or equivalent
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sourcing or supply-chain roles in manufacturing-related industries
- Experience in strategy, finance, and/or project/program management desired
