Amazon's Hub Delivery program is a key component of our fast-growing and evolving rural and urban delivery program. We partner with customer-obsessed small business owners who deliver to Amazon customers, raising the bar for the delivery experience in complex last-mile scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside functional and regional leaders to develop and maintain the Hub Delivery program's operating model, ensuring alignment across central teams and stakeholder groups.
- Identify common practices to codify repeatable components and drive alignment when approaches differ, improving speed and scale.
- Find opportunities to converge redundant efforts under a single-threaded model, eliminating blockers and parity gaps across the WW program.
- Operate autonomously, driving end-to-end management of assigned business goals and shepherding special projects from ideation to deployment.
About the Team
The Hub Delivery program is part of Amazon's global delivery network, with a presence in countries such as Egypt, Japan, Mexico, Spain, and the US. We are building the Hub network globally, while planning for expansion into new markets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, with a proven track record of using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of driving process improvements experience, Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
