Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our team at Autozone. As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, and routing marketing leads to the appropriate sales representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Processing: Process and deliver inbound leads in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Communication: Answer phone calls from prospects and current customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Data Enhancement: Perform data enhancement, address corrections, and merging duplicate accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special data enhancement projects and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
  • Outbound Lead Generation: Conduct outbound lead generation efforts, including phone and email outreach, to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) is required, with a preference for specialized or vocational courses in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Experience: One to two years of experience in Customer Service is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong English fluency, both spoken and written, is a key requirement for this role.
