Strategic HR Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the HR function for syncreon America Inc, a dynamic and growing company in the logistics industry. As a strategic HR leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that support the business plans and objectives of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. You will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze business needs and develop pragmatic solutions to drive organizational success.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives of syncreon America Inc.
- Lead the talent acquisition process, ensuring compliance with local legal regulations and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, including labor relations, grievances, and union relationships.
- Oversee the design and implementation of HR development programs for the organization.
- Support the global HR strategy and functional business plans by developing, implementing, and monitoring HR planning processes.
- Provide functional executives with key HR metrics to assist them in effectively managing the organization.
- BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; MA preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
- Extensive experience in HR in progressively senior roles required.
- Proven expertise in working with and developing long-term business relationships with senior-level executives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate across multiple functions, cultures, and levels within the organization.
- Experience managing HR managers in global locations.
- Ability to think strategically while executing locally.
- Willingness to be hands-on when required to execute plans.
- Ability to promptly translate business needs into pragmatic solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to effectively manage and contain employment-related costs.
- Proven ability to effectively manage employee relations.
- Relevant knowledge of health and safety legislation.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to maintain effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel internationally, and experience with Mexico, California, and Texas.
