We are seeking an experienced Regional Compensation Lead - Global Benefits to join our Total Rewards team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new initiatives and ongoing work within the region, including:

  • Gathering knowledge of local policies & practices that inform our global compensation and benefits framework, regional and local design principles.
  • Co-creating benefits policies that are appropriate for the region/country.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including HR colleagues, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Communications teams.
  • Partnering closely with the Total Rewards team to promote global Total Rewards practices locally.
