You will also be responsible for providing a unified and consistent view of information across the organization's systems and applications, facilitating the integration and synchronization of data, and ensuring regulatory compliance with privacy and data protection regulations and standards.
In this role, you will lead, motivate, and develop a team, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. You will also identify training and professional development needs for the team, ensuring they are continually updated on data management regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the quality and integrity of master data
- Provide a unified and consistent view of information across the organization's systems and applications
- Facilitate the integration and synchronization of data
- Ensure regulatory compliance with privacy and data protection regulations and standards
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Identify training and professional development needs for the team
Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience as a Master Data Manager or Master Data Administrator
- Open to travel
- Engineering or Bachelor's degree in computer systems (Master's degree in data management desirable)
- Technical knowledge in SAP, MDG, Office package
- Constant communication with US
- On-site: Torreon, Coahuila
