Main Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of accurate forecasts for all modes of transportation lanes using statistical forecasting tools and data. This will involve supporting monthly logistics financial results and variance analysis, ensuring the reliability and integrity of data, and processing payment for transport and service invoices. Additionally, you will participate in regular planning reviews and change processes, prepare data in line with changes, and identify and establish Key Performance Indicators for the Inbound Transportation team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, time management and administration skills, strategic sense, and strong persuasion skills are also essential. A proven track record in project execution, resulting in measurable and significant gains, is required. Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, as well as bilingualism in Spanish and English, is also necessary. Knowledge of Transport Management Systems and SAP ERP is considered an asset.
