We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for executing warehouse operations in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute warehouse operations in terms of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements, and policies compliance.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions, and execution.
- Manage inventory, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution, tenders support, and third-party performance management.
- Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management.
- Conduct project-related and ad-hoc tasks, including continuous improvement projects and tenders.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics operations, procurement, or supply chain function.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP R3.
- Leadership, adaptability, excellent communication skills, and ability to delegate.
- Self-directed and proactive approach to work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-turnover warehouses.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
