Salary and Benefits


The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.



Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team as a Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving process improvement and performing product testing, shop floor trouble shooting, data collection, and analysis.




  • Develop tooling, fixtures, and test equipment for use in production and testing
  • Develop custom Excel and/or Database programs to assist with shop floor tasks and office administrative activities
  • Maintain and perform calibration on existing off-the-shelf and custom test equipment
  • Represent Manufacturing throughout the NPI process and transfer products from design to full production
  • Participate in Engineering Change Control process and assist in the rollout of engineering changes to shop floor technicians and management
  • Development of manufacturing assembly processes and supporting work instructions
  • Serve as technical point of contact for issues within Manufacturing and provide trouble shooting support of current testing equipment in production


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3-5 years related engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
