Job Title: Microsoft AD Administrator

At Nuvit Service, we are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft AD Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting ADFS and PKI programs within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Active Directory and Azure AD administration
  • Provide first-line support for Active Directory Domain Service (AD DS) and ADFS
  • Maintain PKI certificates for end-users and devices
  • Proactive monitoring of all ADFS/AD DS environments
  • Participate in SWAT and incident-related calls with application areas
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues within defined SLAs for AD DS and ADFS infrastructure
  • Creation and scheduling of changes required for the execution of infrastructure tasks
Requirements:
  • Organizational unit management
  • GPO administration
  • Upgrade system
  • Domain user support
  • Basic knowledge of domain architecture
  • Experience in management and administration of domains
  • Working knowledge of Windows Administration platform
Competencies, Skills, and Experience:
  • 2-3 years of hands-on IT experience in a technical/helpdesk role
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with at least one infrastructure technology (e.g., UNIX or Windows)
  • Solid knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Power Query highly desirable)
  • Advance level English
  • Technical English is required
  • Highly motivated, driven, and willing to work independently while receiving instruction through supervision in a highly regulated environment
