- Impeccable ethics and compliance reputation.
- Technical engineering experience in product/process development for complex manufacturing of electronic products.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage the balance across all KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, cost, people morale, etc.).
- Data-driven approach, accustomed to using business intelligence solutions for efficient day-to-day operations management.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
