About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Capgemini Engineering.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring delivery of third-party quality metrics, providing creative thinking to data analysis and identifying new opportunities. They will have a proven track record of developing and executing standardization and experience with cross-functional responsibilities in a lean organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple projects in a technical and business environment
  • Develop and execute standardization, leveraging creative thinking to drive results
  • Establish partnerships both internally and externally, influencing without direct authority
  • Show commitment and dedication to delivering premier products to consumers
  • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to delivering results, championing achievements, and translating ideas into actions that deliver results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering - Mechanical or Electrical
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal with various levels of the organization
  • Ability to collect and synthesize data into meaningful information and communicate clearly to all levels of the organization
  • Self-directed, team-oriented with demonstrated planning/problem-solving skills
  • Experience and working knowledge of computer systems and software required
