**Job Summary**
As a Master Scheduler at Esab, you will play a critical role in developing and integrating account or brand-specific forecasts for internal sales and operations planning. This includes analyzing replenishment data, point-of-sale data, sales promotion information, marketing plans, manufacturing capacity, and new distribution/product deletions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze internal demand stream information and categorize according to demand patterns
- Align sales/marketing intelligence for each operating unit for use in forecast systems
- Work with sales organization(s), national sales accounts, marketing, research and development, and related forecasting and planning groups
- Develop and maintain product history, accurate forecasting, and promotional demand
- Assist in the improvement of demand forecasting accuracy for internal and external customers
**Requirements:**
- Typically requires a degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience
- Wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
