Descripción del Puesto

Buscamos un profesional experimentado para ocupar el cargo de Gerente de Supply Chain en nuestra empresa, Head Hunter. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en la gestión de cadenas de suministro complejas y estará familiarizado con las normas IATF 16949 e ISO 14001.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar compras y planificación de la producción para asegurar el suministro oportuno y eficiente de materiales y servicios necesarios para la producción.
  • Planificar y coordinar la producción para alinear los recursos disponibles con las demandas del mercado.
  • Gestionar inventarios y programar entregas para garantizar la disponibilidad de materiales necesarios en el momento y lugar adecuados.
  • Dirigir y coordinar las actividades del equipo de compras, planificación y logística.
  • Analizar y mejorar procesos para identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de supply chain.
  • Mantener y mejorar la calidad de los materiales y productos alineándose con las normativas de la industria.
  • Controlar presupuestos y gestionar eficientemente los recursos financieros asignados al departamento de Supply Chain.
  • Cumplir con los objetivos de producción y calidad y asegurar que los estándares de la industria automotriz se cumplan.

Requisitos

  • Maestría en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Logística, Supply Chain Management o campos relacionados.
  • Al menos 5-7 años de experiencia en roles de Supply Chain, logística o compras, preferiblemente en la industria manufacturera o automotriz.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de cadenas de suministro complejas y conocimiento de las normas IATF 16949 e ISO 14001.
  • Habilidad para analizar y mejorar procesos y experiencia en la gestión de inventarios y programación de entregas.
  • Capacidad para dirigir y coordinar equipos y experiencia en la gestión de presupuestos y recursos financieros.
