About The Job

We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects across multiple departments and geographies at Solvedex.

As a Sr. Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline.

You will collaborate with virtual teams, vendor partners, and key stakeholders to drive superior service and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring resource and budget needs are met.
  • Host weekly project meetings to provide updates, feedback, and encouragement to team members.
  • Manage risks, reduce uncertainty, and maximize project benefits while minimizing costs.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on course, maintaining scope, budget, and timelines.

Project Planning

  • Facilitate the planning and execution of projects, coordinating with vendors and suppliers as needed.
  • Ensure clear project objectives, schedules, and team assignments.
  • Identify and secure the necessary resources and manage the project's budget effectively.

Progress Reporting

  • Act as the first point of contact for any issues or discrepancies within the project team.
  • Monitor team progress and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders.
  • Report project status, updates, and potential risks to management.

Additional Duties

  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the overall success of the project.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Senior Project Manager with a passion for driving global projects to successful completion.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.
