**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee end-to-end Lifecycle case administration for North America US & CA. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in Lifecycle and HR, a Bachelor's Degree, and advanced skills in SAP, MS Office, and other key business tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls in English and French, maintain employees' information on MySuccess and associated HR systems, fulfill regular and ad-hoc report requests, and provide support to Employee Lifecycle Specialists and HR Business Partners.

**Requirements**:

1 year of experience in Lifecycle and HR, Bachelor's Degree, SAP, MS Office, and other key business tools. Proficiency in English and French, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
