**Job Summary**

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Support Technician to join our team in Juarez, Mexico. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex equipment, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and providing technical support to operators and group leaders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform complex maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
  • Ensure compliance with GMPs and regulatory requirements, making observations and communicating them to supervisors for correction.
  • Provide technical support to operators and group leaders, including training and guidance on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality departments to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
  • Support the diagnostic and analysis of product customer complaints, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting new projects and process improvements.

**Requirements**

  • Technical career studies or equivalent, high school or truncated career.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, group leader position, and/or training related to the position preferably.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the products manufactured by Biosense Webster or similar products.
  • Two years of experience as Production Support Technician preferably.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices, and procedures.
