About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to join our team in Silao - Las Colinas. This is a leading role that will drive the development and implementation of our Environmental Management System and ensure compliance with all legal regulations.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and ensuring compliance with the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. They will also lead and coordinate external and internal audits in environmental matters, report to senior management on the status of compliance, and document all changes, needs, and activities related to their responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and ensure compliance with the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
- Lead and coordinate external and internal audits in environmental matters
- Report to senior management on the status of compliance
- Document all changes, needs, and activities related to their responsibility
- Ensure training for employees regarding industrial safety and occupational health issues, and the environment
- Investigate incidents and accidents at work, respond to ST7 forms, and establish prevention and correction measures
- Develop and administer commissions such as Mixed safety and hygiene, first aid, evacuation, and fire
- Manage, develop, and ensure compliance with the ISO 45001 Safety Management System

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
