Project Coordination Role

Hooman is looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to support the executive team and project management team in ensuring the smooth operation and efficient execution of project activities and office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the executive team, including organizing travels, meetings, and agendas.
  2. Manage project documentation, including organizing, filing, and maintaining project records.
  3. Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including arranging venues, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting materials.
  4. Assist with project procurement activities, including preparing purchase requisitions and tracking orders.
  5. Foster positive working relationships with project team members, stakeholders, and external parties.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Bilingual Spanish-English required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
