Operations Handler Job Description

At FedEx Express México, we are seeking a highly skilled Operations Handler to join our team. As an Operations Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe delivery and pickup of packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and safe delivery and pickup of packages
  • Check packages to ensure proper labeling, legality of content, and special requirements for hazardous material shipments
  • Provide necessary paperwork relating to the pickup and delivery of packages
  • Seek additional business from current customers
  • Load and unload company aircraft and vehicles in a safe manner
  • Audit size and weight of packages and boxes and sort
  • Ensure the use of safety equipment and full compliance with FedEx safety policies
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe and secure manner

Requirements:

  • Middle School degree or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record
  • Basic English Skills
  • Minimum Experience: Experience operating ramp and warehouse equipment preferred
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
