We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Handler to join our team at FedEx. As an Operations Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe delivery and pickup of packages.

• Package Handling: Check packages to ensure proper labeling, legality of content, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Documentation and Administration: Prepare and maintain accurate records, including airway bills, delivery records, and vehicle condition reports.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by seeking additional business from current customers and informing Station Ops. Manager and Sales of changes in customer/competitor efforts.
• Vehicle Operations: Operate company vehicles in a safe and secure manner, perform basic maintenance, and ensure the use of safety equipment.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

• Education: Middle School degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Experience operating ramp and warehouse equipment preferred.
• Skills: Basic English skills, ability to lift 70 lbs, and to maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• Certifications: Must be able to successfully complete Reading, Map Reading, Sorting, and Math sections of the Basic Skills Test.
