Job Description:
At Jorge Alberto García González, we are looking for an Industrial Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industrial Engineering and experience in content creation.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, create, and share content in English across multiple formats, including images, videos, presentations, and more.
• Assist team members in understanding concepts related to Lean Thinking and Operational Excellence, ensuring that technical content is accessible and understandable for non-technical staff.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and copywriting teams to ensure brand consistency and achieve project objectives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite and other relevant content creation platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Experience or knowledge in Operational Excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Desirables:
• Experience using project management tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for a broader proactive mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning and skill development.
