Job DescriptionMain Objective: Lead the value stream for the WSH production within the location GtoP, focusing on the MAKE part of it, ensuring the main KPIs for Quality, Delivery, and Costs.
Achieve this by establishing SMART objectives that align with the vision of the main plant, assuring production volumes meet client needs and assembly line capacity, and guaranteeing final products are delivered on time and with zero defects.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you will need:
- An engineering degree in Industrial, Mechatronic, or Mechanic, with +8 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
- Advanced-Proficient English level.
Prior experience with Lean Manufacturing, Black Belt certification, new launches, problem-solving, Core Tools (AMEF, PPAP, SPC), SAP (Production and Maintenance modules), and 8D's methodology will be an asset.
