About the Role

The Citigold Relationship Banker is a developing professional position within our Private Client Coverage team. In this role, you will apply your knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data to identify policy gaps and formulate policies.

You will interpret data and make recommendations, researching and interpreting factual information to drive business decisions. Your ability to identify inconsistencies in data or results will be essential in defining business issues and formulating recommendations on policies, procedures, or practices.

As a key member of our team, you will integrate established disciplinary knowledge within your specialty area with a basic understanding of related industry practices. A good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing objectives is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Account Management: Review CG customer needs and asset allocation, proactively engaging with customers to validate their understanding of their needs.
  • Advise CG customers to enrich relationships by mobilizing additional funds and selling other fee-based products/services based on current and future customer needs.
  • Review product penetration for the assigned client base, identifying potential CG customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.
  • Evaluate coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, risk profiling, and financial planning.
  • Organize CG customer events to enhance customer bonding.
  • Acquire new CitiGold customers through converting referral leads.
  • Compliance, Risk & Controls: Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to manage relationships both internal and external.
  • Mandatory certifications as required for selling financial products.
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
