Job OverviewWe are seeking a Car Leader to join our E-Systems Division in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. As a key member of our launch team, you will coordinate multifunctional actions to ensure non-failure execution during each construction phase with the customer.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and lead engineering changes, design reviews, and product design improvements for manufacturing
- Develop and maintain evidence of changes, ensuring auditable requirements
- Lead the development of manufacturing processes for new programs
- At least 2 years of experience in similar positions: Product engineering, methods engineering, launch coordinator, or others
- Previous experience in the automotive SMT industry, quality systems, cost management, negotiation, and communication knowledge
- Knowledge of Quality systems, cost management, Supply chain, negotiation, communication knowledge, and strong leadership skills
- Experience working in automotive industry directly with OEMs such as Ford, GM, Audi, Stellantis
- Experience in new automotive launches and team/project coordination
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to work in an international and growing environment, reporting directly to the Launch Manager. You will have the chance to propose improvements to the product design for manufacturing, lead engineering changes, and develop manufacturing processes for new programs.
