**Key Responsibilities:**
Lead and manage supplier capability assessments, involving planning, conducting on-site assessments, compiling outcomes, and communicating findings.
Contribute as a supply chain expert in the conduct of on-site supplier assessments to review supplier performance, focusing on supply chain and planning.
Assess supplier processes, including demand planning, sales and operations planning, production and inventory planning, procurement planning, and supplier management.
Identify gaps and improvement opportunities for supplier supply chain processes and governance to improve planning and enable better supplier performance.
Prepare and maintain a log of supplier risks, agreed-on corrective and improvement actions, follow-up, and track improvement actions as an outcome of the assessment.
Collaborate with team members to track and resolve recurring supplier issues and risks.
**Requirements:**
You must have more than 10 years of supply chain and operations experience, with at least 3 years of experience in coaching teams.
You should hold knowledge of key systems and tools used in planning environments, such as sales forecasting, ERP, and MRP.
You should have excellent relationship management, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to link capability assessment outcomes to business objectives.
70% travel requirements.
