We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Senior Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for executing the spot and tactical buying process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and reporting of savings.
Key Responsibilities- Execute standardized tactical buying processes and use of appropriate tactical buy tools and negotiations.
- Identify potential vendors and obtain quotes as needed according to the company's policy.
- Achieve targets and maintain the appropriate control environment to secure quality and service standards.
- Use tactical buy system (myBUY) to process requests and to increase adoption.
- Improve purchasing process, considering procurement policies.
- Support to deliver on Continuous Improvement agenda and myBUY automation target.
- Support the Demand Generation activities in driving spend into the pipeline.
- Good IT procurement skills, including proficiency in PC (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Experience with creating and delivering analysis to internal and external customers.
- Advanced English level.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Analytics.
