As a Securitization Specialist at Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, you will play a key role in the execution and management of existing transactions, as well as the implementation process of new transactions funded in the Asset Backed Commercial Paper conduit and bank's balance sheet.
", "Key Responsibilities": "- Prepare credit analysis, including financial modeling of underlying portfolio performance and financial modeling across various asset classes.
- Coordinate the credit process with the credit department.
- Participate in the structuring and execution process of existing securitization transactions and new transactions.
- Negotiate and liaise with external parties, including clients, lawyers, and other banks.
- Monitor key transaction performance trends and alert the Transaction Manager to any issues.
- Experience working in a banking environment and transacting with clients.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years securitization experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of corporate banking, credit products, and other funding alternatives.
- Technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, VBA, and Access.
