Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Leader to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our business unit leadership team, you will serve as a strategic partner to provide expert guidance on human resources leadership.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a US-based organization with offices in Mexico, driving changes within the HR organization and client groups. You will be responsible for leading innovative HR programs and practices to drive employee satisfaction and retention, partnering with management to provide strategic support and leadership, and developing successful leaders and building effective teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the business strategy by identifying, prioritizing, and building organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
  • Drive Human Resources strategies to ensure individual and team behaviors and performance align with the business mission, strategies, and values.
  • Actively identify gaps and implement changes necessary to ensure compliance, reduce risk, and provide employees with innovative HR practices.
  • Facilitate line of sight initiatives to build a high-performing organization aligned with the strategic leadership agenda.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or Human Resources with a minimum 7-10 years of HR experience.
  • Experience working for a US-based organization with offices in Mexico.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
What We Offer:
