  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to call center agents to help them develop their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with the overall goals of the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, training, or business
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and the challenges faced by call center agents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the organization
  • Proficiency in instructional design and technology, including presentation software and learning management systems
  • Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, such as ADDIE or Kirkpatrick
