Main Objectives
• Drive business growth by identifying and implementing process improvements, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Operations Teams, Delivery Managers, and senior leaders.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, developing strategies to enhance safety performance, reduce risks, and increase efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes, procedures, and technologies that improve safety and efficiency.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environment, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in On Road Safety management, transportation, or logistics
• Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing safety performance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trust.
• Expertise in data analysis, risk assessment, and WHS metrics, with knowledge of Mexican regulations and international standards.
