The Quality Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality. This includes:
- Implementing Quality Standards
Developing and implementing quality standards that align with industry norms and customer requirements.
Ensuring Product ComplianceEnsuring that products are compliant with specifications and are fit for purpose.
Supporting Quality InspectorsSupporting the activities of quality inspectors to ensure that products meet quality standards.
Improving Quality ProcessesIdentifying areas for improvement in quality processes and implementing changes to ensure that products meet quality standards.
Reporting Quality FindingsReporting quality findings and issues to the Quality Manager on a daily basis.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3rd Level Qualification
A 3rd level qualification in a science or engineering-related discipline.
Experience in Quality AssuranceA minimum of 5 years' experience in quality assurance or a related field.
Knowledge of ISO StandardsWorking knowledge of ISO standards and the ISO certification process.
Strong Communication SkillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.
