- Develop and implement efficient service strategies that contribute to meaningful guest experiences and maintain the physical assets at their highest level.
- Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
- Mentor and inspire a team of engineers fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and proactive maintenance practices.
- Minimum of five years' experience as a Chief Engineer in a hospitality field.
- Proven leadership, management, and administrative skills.
- Successful management of key talent and culture processes to include recruiting, performance management, and team and culture development.
- Extensive knowledge of building trades and overall mechanics of building operations and maintenance.
