Job Summary
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that innovation and optimization projects are established and aligned with the LEGO Competency Framework, Company's Strategy, and Department Initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, production, and engineering, with a focus on Business Intelligence reporting, data collection integrity, and continuous improvement tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform databases to BI dashboards, analyze reports, and create action logs to track misalignments and deviations.
- Integrate digital tools to automate process flows and encourage innovation and participation in projects to improve maintenance processes.
- Engage with maintenance peers and support the overall strategic ambition.
- Secure TIP is followed up in a weekly basis and track action logs.
- Own the LCI Assessment tool and communicate with stakeholders, supervisors, and engineers to meet customer needs.
- Troubleshoot through the root cause mindset and lead the implementation of GMEP methodology in the Maintenance department.
- Train maintenance personnel in basic tools for problem-solving and maintenance standards.
- Standardize processes and performance indicators and lead improvements in productive machines.
- Implement 5S in maintenance areas (workshops and lubrication areas) and create and develop audits for maintenance areas.
- Implement Best Maintenance Practices and share with global networks.
Requirements
- College degree with a major in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing operations areas such as maintenance, production, engineering, or similar.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in a global company.
- Strong communication skills and experience in local and global collaboration and Continuous Improvement tools.
- High level of analytical skills and industrial experience.
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma (Problem-solving) and Maintenance Documentation.
- Global travel required and advanced English level.
