We are seeking a highly skilled Project Office Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing affiliate projects to ensure timely, budget-compliant completion, and adherence to quality, compliance, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate affiliate projects to ensure successful delivery and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and budgets for manufacturing projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies and best practices within the organisation.
  • Implement process improvements and changes in product design and manufacturing methods to meet cost, delivery, and quality targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project management.
  • Upper Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of business and financial principles and project management practices.
  • Experience in creating or improving project management processes from scratch.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
