Job Summary
Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate In Home Therapist to join our team. As a Therapeutic Support Worker, you will provide one-on-one strengths-based support to youth in their community, working collaboratively with a Masters-level clinician to deliver In Home Therapy services in the family's home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skills-based interventions directly to youth, as well as act as a liaison to other providers working with the youth and family.
- Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of youth and families, and develop strategies to address these needs.
- Provide education and support to families on mental health issues, and connect them with community resources as needed.
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience working with youth and families, preferably in a mental health setting.
- Strong knowledge of child and youth mental health, family systems theory and practice, behavior management, and experience working with diverse populations.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) and/or bi-cultural background and/or skills are an asset.
