About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Completions Database Reporting Officer to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing the EasyPlant completion database and overseeing pre-commissioning/commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the EasyPlant completion database, ensuring data accuracy and availability.
  • Oversee pre-commissioning/commissioning activities, including monitoring and maintaining the EasyPlant database.
  • Supervise and manage the completion database, with a focus on pre-commissioning and commissioning stages.
  • Develop and implement reporting tools to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on EasyPlant system access and utilization.
  • Audit and review the content of the database to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Monitor the development, preparation, and follow-up of pre-commissioning, commissioning, and transfer dossiers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with EasyPlant on projects similar in scope to the Project.
  • Over 10 years of overall experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proven expertise in database management and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
